Annual Meeting of the GDR SoPhy – Soft Physics for Hard Materials

The meeting will cover all the topics of the GDR SoPhy, i.e., hard materials obtained from soft precursors including – but not limited to – materials such as vitrimers, geopolymers, glues and coating, porous media, cementitious materials, biological or bioinspired materials such as nacre or collagen-based composites involving bio-mineralization processes, etc. Among other topics, we will discuss the link between the structural, mechanical, and functional properties of these soft precursors and their cured state, and how such a link can be modified by external stimuli.
